Study Test Compounds With Guidelines Set Forth By The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)
In July of 2015 a set of OECD guidelines were published to identify adverse effects of new compounds. This addendum of OECD test guidelines included guidance for alternative in vitro methods answering specific scientific questions about adverse effects. Below is a complete list of OECD test guidelines IONTOX is capable of running.

IONTOX Capable OECD Test Guidelines
  • OECD Test Guideline 431: In Vitro Skin Corrosion: Reconstructed Human Epidermis (RHE) Test Method
  • OECD Test Guideline 439: In Vitro Skin Irritation: Reconstructed Human Epidermis Test Method
  • OECD Test Guideline 442C: In Chemico Skin Sensitization: Direct Peptide Reactivity Assay (DPRA)
  • OECD Test Guideline 442D: In Vitro Skin Sensitization: ARE-Nrf2 Luciferase Test Method
  • OECD Test Guideline 442E: In Vitro Skin Sensitization: Assays addressing the Key Event on activation of dendritic cells on the Adverse Outcome Pathway for Skin Sensitisation
  • OECD Test Guideline 455: Draft Performance-Based Test Guideline for Stably Transfected Transactivation In Vitro Assays to Detect Estrogen Receptor Agonists and Antagonists
  • OECD Test Guideline 492: Reconstructed human Cornea-like Epithelium (RhCE) test method for identifying chemicals not requiring classification and labelling for eye irritation or serious eye damage
